Saturn Security And The BEATLES Connection
Saturn Security are proud to be the new installers for St Peter's Church, Woolton in Liverpool, the place where "The most important meeting in popular history" occurred. It is here on Saturday 6th July 1957, where the first meeting of John Lennon and Paul McCartney took place.
Whilst waiting to play at the church dance that night, John Lennon and the other members of the Quarrymen Skiffle Group were introduced to the young Paul McCartney by a mutual friend.
The historic meeting was only brief but in just twenty minutes Paul demonstrated his musical ability, playing rock and roll classics and even showing the impressed Quarrymen how to tune their instruments. Two weeks later Paul accepted the group's invitation to join the group. Of the meeting John later famously commented, "that was the day, the day I met Paul that it started moving."

Twice yearly Saturn Security organises The Nacoss Regional Meeting on behalf of NSI, as Lawrence Gregory is not only the Managing Director of Saturn Security, but also the Regional Chairman of the Nacoss Gold Regional Scheme for the North West & North Wales. Lawrence has had the honour of chairmanship for 12 consecutive years running, which further endorses the quality of Saturn Security. The NSI meetings are a fantastic opportunity for NACOSS Companies to discuss new trends, regulations and network with others in the industry. Manufacturers provide the latest information on new products with power-point presentations, visual product demonstrations, prize draws and free sample products. We are proud our region is the most highly attended throughout the country and are already planning the next meeting in November 2010.

Saturn Security are proud to have been awarded with The Constructionline Accredditation. According to Sir Michael Latham, April 2009, "Constructionline has continued to play a vital role in improving and simplifying the PQQ process…Constructionline continues to provide a critical business improvement tool." Constructionline work in co-operation with the government to ensure common minimum standards in pre-qualification. These bodies include: Safety Schemes in Procurement, Equality and Human Rights Commission, Environment Agency, OGC, BIS and Supply2.gov.uk.
Saturn Security have also signed up with Applegate Search Engine as part of our expansion project. It is the most comprehensive and most used directory for UK industry, manufacturing and technology companies.

Saturn Security has recently won a contract to install 24 Intruder Alarm Systems at a new housing development site in Langley, in association with SP Smith Electrical Contractors Ltd. Works are due to commence June 2010.

Saturn Security Installations Ltd are proud to be the new CCTV installers at Abbots Lea School, Liverpool. The new camera system boasts 46 cameras with latest technology and includes off site monitoring.

We have embarked on several Team Bonding exercises to promote staff wellbeing, increasing motivation and morale. Also we have increased our brand awareness via our ongoing Marketing Campaign. Saturn Security Installations Ltd are delighted to announce an increased influx of installation contracts in, around and beyond the City with the arrival of Liverpool’s Capital of Culture 2008. We are proud to secure many new properties including Liverpool’s Metropolitan Cathedral.
Saturn Security has incorporated the most economic growth in monitored systems to date since 1987.
We have expanded employment by 3 new members of staff of whom which we are proud to welcome Kevin Cochrane as a member of the Saturn Sales Team. He has great expertise and understanding of the Industry as he was once also a former Director of another Nacoss Gold Company.
We DONATED & installed a FREE KEYHOLDER MONITORED ALARM SYSTEM to the Air Cadets in Knotty Ash, Liverpool as a good will gesture after a hearing of a terrible break-in. We worked in conjunction with the A-TEAM on Radio Merseyside to ensure their building is protected 24 hours a day.
